Su-Skin Return and Refund Policy

At Su-Skin, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for our beauty and skincare products. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to providing high-quality products, clear communication, and helpful support before and after your purchase.

Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Su-Skin accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the product is:
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Su-Skin error, damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and Su-Skin is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact Su-Skin within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and contact information
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and packing slip

Once reviewed, Su-Skin may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. If the issue was caused by a fulfillment or shipping error, Su-Skin will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping when required.

Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received, Su-Skin will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Refunds are issued only for the amount actually paid for the returned item, excluding original shipping fees, handling fees, route protection fees, gift wrapping fees, or other non-refundable charges, unless otherwise required by law.

Promotions, Discounts, and Free Gifts

If you purchased an item using a discount, promotion, coupon, or special offer, your refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

If your order included a free gift with purchase, the free gift must be returned with the eligible returned items if the return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion requirements. If the free gift is not returned, Su-Skin may deduct the retail value of the gift from your refund.

Promotional items, free gifts, and bonus products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Delays and Unavailable Items

Su-Skin makes every effort to process and ship orders within the estimated time frame shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable, is backordered, or cannot be shipped within the expected time frame, Su-Skin will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the item, choosing a replacement, receiving store credit, or canceling the affected item for a refund.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Incorrect Address Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to Su-Skin because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt, Su-Skin may issue a refund for the eligible product amount after the package is received and inspected. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

If you would like the order reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier.

Su-Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, please contact us and we will do our best to help you review the issue and provide available next steps.
